Who we are
Chariot, LLC is a Delaware company serving a nationwide United States business audience. This policy explains how we handle information collected through chariotbooking.com.
Information we collect
When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, phone number, business name, industry, team size, approximate monthly inquiry volume, current tools, booking problem, and consent to be contacted. Your submission is sent to our business mailbox. The website does not write a separate lead database.
Do not submit patient, client, payment, health, or other sensitive personal data through the demo form. Share only the business context needed to discuss your inquiry.
Technical information
The demo form uses a hidden honeypot field to detect automated submissions. It stores a one-way hash of your network address and a timestamp in server temporary storage. The site uses that record to enforce an interval of about one minute between requests from the same address. The record may remain until it is overwritten by a later submission from that address or cleared by the hosting environment.
If you choose a light or dark theme, that preference is stored locally in your browser. Our hosting provider may create ordinary server logs as part of operating and securing the site. We do not use third-party behavioral trackers.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, assess whether our services fit your business, operate and secure the website, troubleshoot problems, improve the website, prevent spam and other abuse, meet legal obligations, and protect legal rights.
How we disclose information
We use service providers for website hosting and email delivery and storage. They may process information as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when needed to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, or address unlawful activity.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
Retention
We retain inquiry information for no more than 24 months, unless an active business relationship, a legal obligation, a dispute, or protection of legal rights requires us to keep it longer.
Your browser theme preference remains on your device until you remove it through browser controls.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing web@chariotbooking.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request. Legal requirements and other applicable exceptions may limit what we can provide or delete.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change our current practices because we do not use behavioral tracking, sell personal information, or share it for targeted advertising.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise perfect security.
Age and intended use
This website is intended for people age 18 and older acting for business or professional purposes. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Future services
This website does not currently offer accounts, payments, or paid subscriptions. We will update this policy before new features materially change how we collect, use, or disclose information.
Policy changes
We will post policy changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide an appropriate notice before it takes effect.
